I'm getting skinny/toned because I want to bone hott guys and be a b0$$ fuckin pimp like it's no big deal. Also so I can wear pasties and sheer shirts this summer because visible areolas on the female body are still illegal, so I can't just take off my shirt like any other douche bag bro. I know what I want to look like, and I'm doing it for myself.

calories in&out for 5/23/11
Breakfast: 1 banana
Snack: 1 Krispy Kreme donut (190)
Lunch: a gardenburger (80) sandwich from Henry’s, on whole wheat bread (200) with lettuce, tomato, sprouts and cucumber. om nom nom
Snack: potato chips (600)
Dinner: macaroni and cheese (320) with corn and peas
2 cups of vanilla coffee + hot chocolate (500)
Total: 1890
Exercise: jogged 3 miles in 40 minutes (12:56 pace), 140 leg lifts, stretched
(-300)
BMR: 1418
Total burned: -1718
bleh today wasn’t good. I spilled coffee all over myself in public and my calorie intake was too high.
